Pipes in our well house broke and we were out of water for a couple days. Called several companies and nobody was able to see us but top hat was able to squeeze me in on the next Saturday morning and get our water back on. Thank you so much and we will recommend you to friends and family and call you with any plumbing needs from now on.

Very unhappy with the charge of $5K for a replacement of a 75 gallon hot water heater. Retail cost was $2300 at L & J Plumbing, plus added in a labor warranty of $310.13. Be careful; do your research

After two weeks of struggling with a DIY repair of a leaky outside hose bib, we realized we'd made it worse and now had leaks both outside and under our kitchen sink. On Sunday afternoon, we called just to leave a message but were able to schedule a first-thing-Monday appointment. Jay was communicative about when he'd be there, arrived on time and got the job done quickly, cleanly and with minimal disruption to my busy work-from-home Monday morning. Called this morning with a toilet leaking and needing a replacement. Erica and Ted showed up a few hours later and were completed and cleaned up within an hour. Incredible service. Thanks again!

Had the pump in my septic tank burn out so I called them as I’ve have used them before. They came out and replaced it and a float. Checked a week later and the breaker had tripped that runs the pump and alarm. They came back out and looked at it and said a wire was shorting out so they capped it. Well it was the pump hot lead so the pump would not come on and had come out of the terminal block and was just barely touching its connector in the T block. I shut the power off and cut it back to clean wire and reinserted it and tightened all the connections. That worked for a couple days till I went back out and it had tripped again. I reset it and noticed the float was down but the pump was still running. I had to bring the floats up almost 8” as it had slipped down from its clip. Has been working fine since then. So I do NOT recommend them at all. Charged me $2000 for me to have to redo their job myself. Now that I know how it works , I’ll fix it myself next time for WAY LESS !!

Unclear about pricing… charged 250$ just for an estimate up front… said it was an extra 100$ just to talk to the permit people at the city .. was way over priced for what little they did then when i complained stopped communicating at all 2 nd bad exp w em Id pass!!

Our hot water heater decided not to lite for us. Called late on a Friday and the lady was apologetic that it would be Monday before they could help. Not a problem, it was not an emergency. Luke called and came out on Monday morning. In just a few minutes, he had it up and running again. He was very professional, would definitely call again.
